Frequently asked questions
What does a turnover include?
A full clean between guests: bathrooms, kitchen, floors, linen and towel change with the clean set you leave, amenities restocked with what you provide, trash out, and a report with before/after photos and any damage we notice.
What if someone does not show up?
We provide the replacement. Every service has an assigned cleaner and a backup; if the assigned one fails, the backup steps in and you do nothing. If the backup fails too, that turnover is not charged.
How do payment and invoicing work?
Pay each service by card through the app, or keep a card on file so every turnover is charged when it is done. We issue one monthly invoice (CFDI) with the breakdown per property.
What about cleaning supplies?
Ideally basic supplies and tools are at the property. If not, tell us and the cleaner brings them; it is agreed beforehand and shows in the price.
How much notice do you need?
The night before is normal. We confirm within 2 hours whether we can cover the turnover; in Roma and Condesa we can almost always do same-day if you tell us before 10am.
Is there a contract or a minimum?
No. You start with one free trial turnover. If it works for you, we continue per service or with a recurring plan per property; stop whenever you want.
